Job Summary
Under direct supervision of the Branch Systems and Integration Manager, design, plan, deploy and perform testing scenarios, document testing scenarios and results in specific test cases, complete documentation and tracking, attend planning meetings. In addition, manage day to day assignments for the AllPRO testers by organizing and combining tasks into an efficient work flow and provide research and support for the ALLPRO application. Must have an in-depth knowledge of the ALLPRO systems including, but not limited to (TellerPRO, SalesPRO, ServicePRO, CarePRO, ancillary systems (SharePoint and Quality Center) and the Signature Core system) to be able to apply a quality/assurance/testing methodology. Must have the ability to review system requirements, create and/or update test cases accurately and timely, analyze testing results and communicate the results of that testing to the Branch Systems and Integration Manager and the IT Business Systems analyst. Additionally, document enhancement requests identified by front line users, and perform documentation and system reviews for quality control purposes.


Job Accountabilities



  • Manage assigned tasks, projects, and daily activities as outlined in the testing plan for all testers ensuring completion by the prescribed deadlines. Should be able to analyze and make the appropriate decisions necessary to deliver a perfected testing plan allowing for tester execution. Opportunities for improvement/change should be reviewed with the Branch Systems & Integration Manager.

  • Create and update test cases and test plans that allow the team to thoroughly review all aspects of the requirements. Test results and time tracking in applicable systems to call out any defects that need to be reviewed and/or that the requirements were met.

  • Design, plan, and deploy a testing time line that effectively captures all business requirements, evaluates performance of testing assignments and execution to meet deadline for release. Perform system integration tests that fully review all business requirements/releases using established testing methodologies.

  • Incorporate knowledge of the ALLPRO systems and front line processes to establish usability testing that can be effectively executed by others.

  • Communicate testing results to Branch Systems and Integration Manager and IT Business Systems Analyst. Communication may involve development and presentation to key business leaders.

  • Demonstrate and maintain a working knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures. Effectively communicate changes in process or procedure to help facilitate any updates to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

  • Participate in meetings; prepare and present topics as assigned.

  • Coordinate with Branch Systems & Integration Manager to recommend system enhancements, write requirements and implement improvements to improve the end user experience.

 


Education



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business, finance or related degree. Required
Experience

  • 4-7 years Financial environment that includes front line experience; including sales (new account) and/or teller experience. Proven high aptitude for systems functionality and programming criteria as it pertains to the AllPRO and system applications. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point applications. Required
