Right now we are are hiring an experienced leasing professional at our newly constructed, luxury apartment community in Covington, LA: Artesia apartments. 

What you will do as a Leasing Consultant:

As a member of our leasing team, you will tour prospective residents and sell them on the benefits of living with 1st Lake. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our current residents, and you will participate in marketing of the apartment community.

What you need to be successful:

To be a successful leasing consultant you should possess confidence in your ability to lease apartments at fair market value; should be able to close the sale; and, you should also be available to work some weekends.

1st Lake Properties offers free education and training to all of our team members, and we also offer benefits and paid time off to help you achieve the perfect mix of work-life balance!  Our leasing consultants also earn commissions on apartments leased.
