The Sales Campaign Manager (SCM) position will be responsible for the coordination of new logo product sales campaigns.

What You'll Do:
Work with Sales leadership and account executives to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies
Design and organize an optimal campaign within timeline and budget constraints
Procure lead lists and work with Operations teams to scrub, load and allocate leads to account executive territories
Work with Marketing, Technology and other designated COEs to ensure campaign artifacts (e.g. product sheets, FAQs, references, client testimonials) are approved/available
Train all Sales team members on the campaign objectives, goals, cadence and tracking requirements in Salesforce
Develop quality content for each campaign, including writing, editing and proofreading of all materials
Devise a campaign timeline and schedule
Assist with early stage prospecting efforts (primarily digital, some phone-based) cultivating opportunities for account executives
Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of sales campaigns
Ensure that the organization’s brand standards are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
Develop and generate reports in Salesforce CRM, and provide regular updates on campaign results

Communication skills:
Excellent writing skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently have to write pitch letters and help develop presentations. You will also drive prospecting and business development activities, including direct outreach and engagement with potential clients.
Time management skills:
Supporting the TWN Direct Sales team account executives, the SCM needs to effectively prioritize to ensure appropriate focus is given to assigned tasks, while maintaining quality and attention-to-detail.
Analytical skills:
You will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, and interpret data in analyzing the success of your campaigns.
