Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is the first of two levels in the Customer Care department. This position will require strong communication skills both verbally and the written form. This role will establish and maintain working relationships with the customer as you demonstrate a passion for customer priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position will require you to coordinate activities and collaborate with team members to ensure customer order accuracy.

Major Job Duties/ Accountability:
- Maintain accurate account records within Salesforce Verifying all accounts have accurate discounts, account notes, billing information and account owners
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner via phone and/or email with customers and account managers to ensure questions and orders are prepared correctly.
- Review and process all return material authorization requests in Salesforce
- Effectively work with operations, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure accurate account management and information in Salesforce
- Enter all quote and orders cases from Salesforce into Oracle
- Process all the credit requests received in Salesforce and the accounting team into Oracle
- Review and process all order requests assigned from the Quality Service Center
- Other duties as assigned

Work Experience/Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of formal post high-school specialized trade, technical school or college
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook.
- Basic proficiency in MS PowerPoint
- Basic proficiency in Salesforce
- Basic proficiency in Oracle
- Able to work in a team environment
