Job Description:
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; three years' experience in advanced maintenance, and electrical work. Experience in institutional setting.

Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Certificate from recognized institute in carpentry, air conditioning maintenance and electrical work. Experience in institutional setting.

Essential Functions:
Ability to work independently without continuous supervision, able to step in and assist supervisor in the event of PTO, leave, or absence of.
Trouble shoots, maintains and repairs.
Assures quality of work performed by maintenance staff meets Centerstone's standards.
Inspects facilities and performs scheduled preventative equipment maintenance.
Performs maintenance on grounds and outdoor facilities, and maintenance equipment.
Maintains maintenance supplies inventory.
Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Work Environment/Physical Demands: Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather. There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday. Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, lifts, etc., as well as stand, reach, stoop, crouch, sit, kneel, climb, crawl and walk extensively across multiple areas of campus.

Position Type, Expected Hours of Work and Travel: Monday through Friday - 8:30 am to 6:00 pm or 7:30 - 4:00. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and evening hours if need arises. Must be able to travel to all CFL locations, must have valid Florida Driver's License, and valid insurance. Maintenance ON-CALL is rotated between all maintenance staff Monday-Sunday 7 days per rotation. May be required to work in 24 hour rotating shifts during natural and manmade disasters or other facility emergencies.
