POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for contributing to the development of marketing plans, execution of digital marketing tactics and ongoing support for digital touchpoints such as email and websites for MultiCare Health System. The incumbent works collaboratively with multiple internal teams to develop programs and strategies that meet brand and business objectives. The Digital Marketing Specialist works in collaboration with all members of the Marketing team as well as service line leaders, hospital leadership and others within MultiCare.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Two (2) years of experience working in a marketing, ecommerce or retail department
Proven working experience in digital marketing

Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

Social Media Marketing and video production experience highly desirable.
