Job Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet production schedules.
• Expedites parts to remedy shortage problems.
• Picks up and delivers materials within and outside company and maintains records on material flow.
• M ay ensure incoming materials are properly routed.
• May monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments in order to meet scheduled commitments.

Other Job Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of coordinating and routing of material to meet production schedules
• Including Return to Stock, Purge Requests, Non-conformant parts return, etc.
• Expedites parts to remedy shortage problems
• Ensures incoming materials are properly routed
• Monitors the flow of materials and parts between departments to meet scheduled commitments
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

Preferred Qualification

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have knowledge of MS Office Software: MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
• Attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a fast pace rapidly changing work environment
• Constructively work in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
• Strong problem solving skills
• Troubleshoot and make accurate timely decisions
• SAP experience preferred
• Knowledge of Semiconductor capital equipment industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum Qualification
Minimum of 6+ years of related experience
