Job Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle.
• Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements.
• Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
• Master Scheduler: Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers.
• Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions.
• Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.

Other Job Responsibilities

• 5+ Years Production Control Scheduling experience preferably in a new product environment.
• Must be self-motivated and willing to gather required information from other team members or departments within the company.
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
• A flexible attitude with a strong orientation towards customer service is essential
• Must have SAP.
• Create and release production and rework production orders to production schedule.
• Implement engineering changes, with or without an approved Engineering Change notice
• Maintain status information that provides accurate analysis of material due in, work in process, and unreleased work.
• Identify and coordinate reconciliation of problems/issues
• Reconcile production order variances
• Effectively utilize your analytical and problem solving skills to recognize problems and provide solutions which are thorough and complete.
• Identify and coordinate reconciliation of problems by working with other organizations to implement approved work-around plans for non-support items.
• As required, you will interface with mid to senior management, provide information to others on internal processes, and support special projects. Work closely and collaboratively with Engineering, Purchasing, Pilot Line, Logistics and Shipping departments

Minimum Qualification
Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
