Job Functions (Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily. 1. Business Acumen - Monitor and execute payroll to meet both store and budget criteria. Demonstrate understanding of key financial metrics and able to interpret financial data to achieve business results.   


2. Business Acumen - Ability to articulate store performance by maintaining knowledge of current business trends in the store and sales information.  Able to coach the team ensuring team accountability.


3. Customer Service – Be a role model by providing exceptional customer service with our customers.  Embody and coach employees on the GREAT model with our customers.  Monitor floor traffic and adjust floor coverage as needed.   


4. Talent Attraction- Assist in recruiting, interviewing and selection of top talent for the store to meet business needs.


5. Talent Management - Ability to coach and develop team’s selling skills, product knowledge and customer service expectations to meet expectations.  Provide feedback to store manager regarding the team and individual overall performance.  


6. Brand – Executive floor sets and visual displays to Lands' End standards to ensure consistent brand messaging.  Responsible for maintaining the visual integrity of the sales floor at all times including recovery management and fill-in standards.   


7. Operations – Assume store leadership position within the store and overall store accountability in the absence of the store manager.  


8. Operations – Drive overall excellence and work to produce positive results by constantly looking for ways to improve. 


9. Integrity – Communicates with respect to all employees and management, sharing ideas, opinions, and knowledge while contributing to an inclusive, empowering and productive environment.


10. Other Duties as Assigned - Perform other duties as assigned by store manager or district manager.


11. Asset Protection – Must adhere to all asset protection policies and procedures as outlined in RAP SOP’s. 


12. Safety - Must follow all safe work practices, escalate unsafe conditions and report incidents.
