The Partners Marketing Manager is a seasoned marketing team player with excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with a deep understanding and practical experience of building relationships with third parties and internal stakeholders.
This role is multi-faceted and responsible for setting strategy and leading execution to drive growth with JAGGAER Partners through Partner demand generation planning and enablement execution. You will design and develop an innovative marketing and enablement framework and roadmap leveraging the cross JAGGAER content and resources as part of the design.
Principal Responsibilities
Co-create and execute high impact joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners
Collaborate with product and performance marketing teams to develop and support marketing campaign strategies that rapidly drive awareness and pipeline growth.
Work across all verticals to create an integrated partner marketing and enablement approach, including how to feature partners and their JAGGAER solutions/services to drive growth
Creation, develop, execution and reporting of marketing initiatives, often highly customized, leveraging all elements of the marketing mix with partners and for direct use to drive pipeline, focused on field and commercial business
Own the overall "to and through" partner marketing strategy for the Americas, ensuring detailed plans and targets are in place to drive revenue via partners
Establish and nurture relationships with management and technology partners e.g. through joint initiatives, events and communications activities
Training and solution enablement - Support the enablement of partner field resources, across sales, implementation consulting and JAGGAER education team, for products and solutions.
Deeply embed JAGGAER into the fabric of the partners, gaining access to and building relationships with decision makers to create new opportunities
Collaborate with Public Relations to conduct/manage joint PR activities with partners
Support Field Marketing and Events on local partnership initiatives and activities
Position Requirements
BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field
Proven track record of success of building channel strategy, deliver growth through partner programs at global scale
Passionate about collaborating with partners to scale and drive new business growth
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Credible, trusted and collaborative relationship builder across all levels of the organization.
Initiative, drive, continued willingness to learn, ability to innovate
Highly professional communication skills (presentation, written and verbal)
Strong project management skills; works independently and fulfills tasks in a timely manner
Salesforce and Pardot experience preferred
Understanding of cultural differences in doing business with international colleagues and customers
Ability / willingness to travel, estimated 10% of the role's time
Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish and Portuguese a plus
