Description:
Idaho Forest Group is seeking an to hire an Internal Corporate based recruiter to manage the IFG job board and enhance the candidate experience. This role will partner with Human Resources and hiring managers around the enterprise to identify and obtain top tier talent, then facilitate a seamless candidate and interview experience up to onboarding.

Essential Functions:
• Post and advertise jobs
• Proactively source candidates
• Assist HR and Supervisors with job descriptions & job advertisements (internal & external jobs)
o Ensure consistency across sites with job postings, descriptions & requirements
• Promptly contact qualified candidates for an initial phone screen
• Provide phone screen notes, and a recommendation to interview or decline
• Provide regular status updates and timeline to HR and hiring managers on each requisition
• Coordinate between HR, hiring managers & candidates with interview scheduling & logistics
• Be the primary point of contact for candidates with frequent updates and open communication
• Maintain detailed & accurate reporting logs for each position regarding outreach & candidates
• Manage the IFG online job boards
• Coordinate with HR and hiring managers for timely & accurate offer letters
• Assist with some pre-employment testing processing (drug testing, background check, etc.)
• Assist with some initial onboarding paperwork for successful candidates
• Assist with AAP reporting regarding recruitment, sourcing, outreach, disposition & candidate demographics
• Represent IFG to the job market in a consistent and professional manner ensuring positive candidate experiences
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:
• Prior full cycle recruitment experience required (sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, etc.)
o Preferably, blue collar production/manufacturing roles
• Experience & proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
o Preferably, experience with UltiPro by Ultimate Kronos Group software (Previously Ultimate Software)
• Understanding of the job market & driving economics
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Willingness to travel on occasion to see the facilities & meet internal stakeholders
• Proactive & driven mindset to actively fill positions in a tight labor market
• High School diploma required, while more formalized education and credentials are highly preferred
• Valid Driver’s license with acceptable driving record for business related trips, including local career events

Physical Requirements:
Move safely, quickly, and perform duties with repetitious movement. Sit and/or stand for shift, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull, maintain balance, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distances, and climb stairs. Must be able to tolerate all weather elements, loud conditions, vibrations and airborne particles (sawdust).
