POSITION SUMMARY:

Morgan Corporation has an excellent 6-month HR Recruiter opportunity to support our manufacturing production ramp up.

Provides recruiting and administrative support for human resources, to include full-cycle high-volume recruiting (sourcing candidates, responding to applicants, prescreening of candidates, resume screening, scheduling interviews) and assisting in other areas of human resources as needed. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full cycle recruiting (from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing through to offering)
  • Supports recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels.
  • Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants. Screens and refers qualified applicants to Talent Acquisition Manager and/ or hiring manager for interviewing. Provide initial screening for manager to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
  • Schedules interviews and arranges travel and lodging for applicants, if necessary.
  • Conducts reference and background checks.
  • Corresponds with job applicants to notify them of opportunities.
  • Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
  • Other duties as required

EXPERTISE REQUIRED:


  • Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred
  • Experience with full cycle recruiting
  • Experience with a Ceridian HRIS/ATS a plus
  • Ability to engage talent at all levels in person, by phone, and in writing.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize requirements
  • Good working ability with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong communication, time management and organization skills


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

    This is a full-time position, and typical hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening work may be required as job duties demand.
