Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Department: Revenue Operations

Summary:  

This role will be responsible for providing business partnership for AMR Sales Representatives to support execution of commercial business operations and achievement of sales objectives.  Effective communication and training of new system functionality, improved business process and utilization of third-party sales resources to ensure efficient and effective user experience throughout the Lead to Order Fulfillment commercial workflow.  Support insights driven decision making by driving adoption of analytical resources into sales users’ daily operations.  Works closely with AMR Comm Ops counterparts on activities required to administrate a successful Sales Process.  This position is an internal position and requires minimal travel.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•    Build relationships and act as a business partner to AMR Sales Representatives
•    Develop and improve key processes to support integrity of commercial data required for business analysis.
•    Advise business partners on how to best leverage reporting to drive actionable insights.
•    Proactively understands needs of business partners and takes initiative. 
•    Prepare advanced analyses to help identify and communicate trends and drivers to the business.
•    Conducts key activities required to administer annual Quota setting process.
•    Partners with regional and global Comm Ops counterparts to execute administration of Territory Design in SFDC
•    Conducts analysis to track sales team resourcing/sizing – makes recommendations as appropriate.
•    Participates in projects relating to process improvement and/or system implementation.
•    Represents AMR Sales Operations on cross functional activities
•    Partner with internal resources to manage suite of Prospecting Tools to support top of funnel sales activity.  
•    Drive adoption of new commercial resources through end user education, training and on-boarding.
•    Performs other duties as required.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
•    Successful track record in Commercial Operations, FP&A, or a related commercial support role preferred.
•    2-3 years of direct work experience, related industry a plus but not required.
•    Background supporting various business partners with a focus on analytics and/or operational excellence.
•    Effectively and concisely communicates complex topics with strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Self-guided in identification, prioritization and execution of deliverables and projects.
•    Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in team settings, and work independently when required.
•    Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills
•    Possess an open, flexible, and positive can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver quality work in a timely manner with competing priorities.
•    Self-motivated with a desire to innovate and improve on current state.
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook and possess an innate ability to navigate through new software applications. Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com a plus.

Preferred Education/Background:  

Must have a B.A. or B.S., technical field preferred but not required
