The Gallery Support Associate will be responsible for supporting the leadership team with all facets of the business. They are expected to deliver first-class service to our teams and our clients. Our support team will have a sense of personal style and a polished appearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain partnerships within the gallery team
Assist gallery team with all client related issues to ensure a luxury experience
Pack all client ship-outs professionally and appropriately to avoid breakage
Ensure all client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase
Properly ticket all merchandise in preparation to be displayed on the gallery sales floor
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives
Organization of stockroom allowing for quality presentation of product
Assist with floor sets and furniture movement
Assist in managing inventory preparation and execution
Receive and process shipment in a timely manner to maximize productivity and minimize costs
Collaborate with gallery team in area of risk management
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience in similar role
Strong interpersonal skills
Mental flexibility
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities
Commitment to quality, detail focused on all levels
Delivery of first-class service to our employees and our clients
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
Ability to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office
Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
