Full-Time, 6 Month Internship BMW NA – ConnectedDrive Business Development and Validation Internship 

This Internship is being offered within the BMW ConnectedDrive Services department at BMW of North America, LLC, supporting the ConnectedDrive Business Development and Validation Team. 

The ConnectedDrive Business Development and Validation Intern will work with the team on reliable definition, implementation and delivery of ConnectedDrive Services to our customers, while collaborating with various local and BMW AG departments, and external partners. He/She will participate in requirements definition, implementation planning and tracking, backend systems validation, deployment and post deployment verification activities. He/She will identify and escalate defects to the appropriate BMW organizations for escalated resolution, utilizing existing reporting processes. He/She will manage necessary efforts, help keeping projects on track to completion and will prepare regular project status updates to the team and management.

• Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s studies or have graduated no more than 12 months prior to internship start date


• Preferred fields of study: Engineering/Computer Science/Business Administration 


• Concentration: Systems Validation and Project management within a technical services environment 


• Workflow and Life Cycle model knowledge, telematics technologies, automotive retail knowledge a plus


• Excellent writing skills


• Detail-oriented


• Conscientious, responsible, motivated, with the ability to work independently  as well as part of a team  


• English (fluent, oral and written) 


• Available for 6 or 12 months
