District Overview
Kiewit Equipment Services (KES) helps to ensure the profitability of Kiewit projects through the improved equipment utilization and mechanical reliability by delivering world-class equipment and service.
Responsibilities
Manage programs, policies, and practices to ensure that Kiewit is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, company policies and contractual agreements
Tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organizations policies
Prepare compliance reports to present to management
Research quality or compliance issues and recommend changes for improvements
Proactively support our goals and strategies
Identify gaps by utilizing reporting tools, analysis data, metrics and other tools while researching ways to improve, develop and deliver strategic solutions.
Develop and maintain a network of working relationships with all levels of Kiewit management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience managing direct reports
Knowledge of payroll regulations (ie. tax, garnishments, union benefits, internal controls)
2+ years experience in, regulatory compliance, and process improvement
SAP experience a plus
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Must be able to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to solve unique problems with creative solutions
Strong communication skills
Vigorous understanding of the interrelationship among processes, risks and controls
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications required
