Main Objective: 

Business application configuration and support in a medical device environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge expert in Arthrex core application systems


• Knowledge in application configuration and development


• Participates in gathering user/customer requirements


• Ability to train users on ERP, HRIS, Workforce Software, SuccessFactors related systems


• Maintain documentation and change control


• Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies


• Participate in writing specifications for programming projects


• Project management

Education and Experience:

·        Bachelors Degree required.  Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

• At least one year experience in at least one of the following preferred:
  
  
  
  1. ERP Systems – SAP/SuccessFactor HR,Workforce Software experience preferred
  
  
  2. ALM – HP Testing Lifecycle
  
  
  3. Ticketing tool
  
  
  
  


• Experience in a Human Resources environment preferred

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation


• SAP/Successfactors HR, Workforce Software


• Knowledge of SQL
