Responsibilities of the CT Technologist will include translating physician orders, preparing and performing CT scans, preparing all opaque contrast media for various exams, schedule patients accordingly, and process film within 30 minutes of a patient’s exam. The CT Technologist will report to the Radiology Manager, and be accountable for safely operating all diagnostic imaging equipment while ensuring patients are protected from radiation exposure. Every CT Technologist should come prepared with acute care experience an ARRT Certification.
