This community acute care hospital serves as both an inpatient and outpatient facility based on patients needs. The Area Clinic Manager will be joining a community of professionals that are strongly recognized for their dedication to quality patient care. Working across the 3 primary clinics including Pediatrics, Surgical, and Women’s Health locations all within a close vicinity of the hospital which extend benefits. 

The Area Clinic Manager will report directly to the Executive Director, while being mentored and led by the COO. With 30+ Fte’s reporting up to this person, they will hold responsibility for all clinical operations, across multiple facilities. Manager will be working closely with Physicians Leadership and Operations Personnel, as well as Finance and Risk Management overseeing a decently large team. The Manager will receive extensive support from Nurse Leaders, and Business Office supervisors at each location. 

Area Clinic Manager will work across all 3 clinics including the Surgical Specialties Clinic with a team of professional surgeons to help with every and all patient needs. The Women’s Health Clinic which serves as a safe space for all women’s exams as well as family planning being a great resource for the community. The last Clinic this Manager will communicate with is Pediatrics and Primary Care who specialize in all women, men, and children making comprehensive Healthcare safe and easy for their patients. 

The responsibilities of the Area Clinic Manager vary depending on day-to-day needs across three facility clinics. Effective communication daily is a necessary function of this role as they are responsible for continuously maintaining strong relationships with providers and departments within the mentioned Clinics. Staffing, performance evaluations, and contact with patients regarding personal needs are included in daily operational duties. The Practice Administrator will be meeting with other departments to ensure all three clinics are running efficiently while implementing their clinical goals.
