An exciting opportunity for an Hospital Laboratory Director is available with a great community hospital in Ohio. The Interim Hospital Laboratory Director will have ASCP certification and strong acute care hospital laboratory management experience. The Interim Director of laboratory Services will oversee a department with approximately 25 FTE.

The Director of laboratory Services will join an acute care hospital and foundation that offers state of the art technology and integrative wellness services to complement their medical treatment. 

The  Director of laboratory Services will be an innovative, change agent leader that is committed to providing leadership that will ensure the successful day to day operations of the hospital laboratory, a department the hospital strongly depends on. The Laboratory Director will be responsible for the operations of the Lab including policies and procedures, budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement.
