Nurse Director of Emergency Services with report the health system’s Chief Nursing Officer and closely collaborate with the Medical Director of Emergency Medicine. A strong Nurse Director of Emergency Services should contain progressive leadership experience with a foundation in emergency medicine. The Nurse Director of Emergency Services will serve as a clinical resource to all the staff they oversee. Basic responsibilities of a promising director include, developing and implementing educational programs and recertification counts based on staff needs.
