The Laboratory Manager Hospital will be responsible for a small hospital's overall clinical laboratory operations, overseeing laboratory staff members, and ensure the department is operating in line with CLIA guidelines.   

The Lab Manager will oversee department policies and procedures, quality initiatives, budget, follow safety protocols. The Hospital Laboratory Manager will report to the Director of Outpatient Services and will oversee a great team of Clinical Laboratory Scientists.

The Healthcare Lab Manager will be a leader by example, creative, and progressive. The Manager Laboratory will have their Bachelor’s Degree, strong Medical Technologist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist experience, and Management or Supervisory experience in Laboratory Services. The Lab Manager will be required to have / obtain their State of Montana licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
