Reporting to the COO and CEO the Pharmaceutical Services Director will oversee all aspects of the Pharmacy including staff management, contract management, purchasing, business development, and communications with other departments / staff. 

The Pharmaceutical Services Director will foster innovative leadership for both the inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services overseeing day to day operations so that all clinical, fiscal, and service goals are met with the highest quality standards. They will supervise all pharmacy managers (inpatient and outpatient) as they oversee and evaluate the performance of staff, and serve as a clinical resource to all pharmacy staff as well as the interdisciplinary team. They will continuously develop, implement, and monitor the compliance of departmental and organizational policies and procedures. The Pharmaceutical Services Director ensures the safety and quality initiatives and regulatory standards are achieved and, when possible, exceeded for each area of the pharmacy. The Director will also oversee the billing and budgetary responsibility of the department ensuring that the highest quality of service is provided while hitting all fiscal targets.
