The IT Business Analyst (FICO resource) is a critical member for our ERP team. We are looking for talent to join our winning team in any of our Dematic locations, as we have exciting opportunities on the horizon for our global IT organization. Customer-oriented candidates who possess a strong working knowledge of customization and configuration in SAP FICO module are encourage to apply for this position. Role-Specific Responsibilities:
Participate in global implementation of S/4 Hana in the area of FICO module
Analyze business requirements and perform customizing, configuration, integration, upgrades, testing, documentation preparation, implementation and operational support for SAP Finance and Controlling modules.
Perform complex analysis of business goals, objectives and needs of the general business environment.
Create complex functional and technical specifications and flowcharts.
Perform complex planning and design of business processes and systems.
Develop recommendations for complex changes to improve and support business activities.
Facilitate complex business case development, including planning & initiation, responding to budget/plan changes.
Perform ad hoc planning requests and evaluations
The IT SAP FI/CO analyst will deliver and support solutions related to General Leger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, Material Leger, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order Accounting, Financial Planning and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). A thorough understanding of tax laws, tax configuration and integrated tax solutions with SAP is also a must. Working knowledge and experience with SAP New GL and Fast Closing is considered beneficial.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, business administration or related discipline
Preferred 5 - 7 years of experience in job offered or related business analysis or financial analysis experience; OR a master’s degree in computer science, finance, business administration or related discipline and 3 years of experience; other education and experience may be considered.
Education or experience must include: finance and controlling business processes; customizing and configuration in SAP FICO module.
