Creates artwork, marketing materials and packaging to positively portray company products.

Ensures design images meet corporate guidelines and marketing brand strategies.

Monitors and assesses effectiveness of design projects.
-
May work with Web Developers on the design of company web pages.
-
Works on projects of limited complexity or with accounts in a support role. Develops and designs the aesthetics, visual design and/or layout of product artwork, component design, marketing materials and packaging to enhance product image.

Collaborates with project teams to plan, analyze, organize and execute assigned projects.
-
Diagnoses, by meeting with employees, consultants and/or vendors, to assess effectiveness of product imagery and presentation needs.

Manages relationships with external sources relating to design issues.
-
Requires knowledge of industry relevant multimedia software.

Qualifications/Skills:
-
Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals
-
Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch
-
Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
-
Excellent time-management skills
-
Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
-
Awareness of UI/UX principles
-
Familiarity with digital photo editing
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-
Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Education and Experience Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
-
One to three years of professional design experience
-
Portfolio of strong creative work
-
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

Experience with Google, MS, Adobe Experience platforms
-
Experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS
-
Social media and email marketing experience a plus
