Job Description
We are looking for an awesome electronics engineer to join our research and development department. We are creating and introducing a new series of electronics into our x-ray tube offerings in the marketplace. You will be joining a diverse R&D group that develops high end x-ray tube products for major and developing OEM partners and has a lot of fun doing it. If you can handle challenging product requirements and deadlines, work with a broad range of technical backgrounds, handle success and failure with an indomitable spirit, and work through the rigors of R&D work - we would love to talk to you!

The ideal electrical engineer will have extensive experience with analog and digital circuit design of medical sub-systems. They will be experienced with building circuitry and interfacing with firmware and software for controlling embedded systems, communication, and controls. They will be responsible for development of electronics from inception through manufacturing transfer including circuitry design, component selection, PCB layout, PCB fabrication (prototyping and serial production), board testing/troubleshooting, documentation, and verification and validation within a regulated environment.

Skill Requirements:
- Experienced with interfacing to analog and digital controls.
- Strong experience with electronic circuit design.
- Circuit layout and capture experience.
- Experience in sub-system and system level testing.
- Strong experience with troubleshooting of electronics.
- Design of interface circuitry.
- Familiar with software tools
- Generate requirements and design documents.

Skill Desired:
- Familiar with schematic capture software and PCB layout
- Familiar with analog and digital circuit design
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATIONS
Required Certifications and Training
- Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
Experience Level with Business Tools
- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
