An experienced Agile Scrum Master is responsible for leading and coaching cross functional teams to deliver projects in an Agile fashion. The Scrum Master will apply scrum principles and practices to produce high quality work and ensure business value is attained. In this role, the Scrum Master will guide development teams and the organization to a higher scrum maturity. We are seeking a candidate who has proven leadership skills and the ability to think critically, problem solve and deliver results.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead and coach multiple teams on the Agile methodology and frameworks, follow standardized practices established by the Agile Enablement Office to deliver multiple simultaneous projects on time and on budget.
- Facilitate daily Agile team stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, planning & refinement meetings to monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly agile ceremonies efficiently and effectively.
- Responsible for running and managing Agile teams with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams.
- Maintains Scrum team standard performance metrics to help drive efficiencies and optimize productivity for the team with rollup visibility to senior leadership.
- Work with product owners to govern backlogs and new requests.
- Build productive relationships with product owners, teams, stakeholders, external system integrators.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration and be the point of contact for external communications.
- Confidently and effectively communicate to upper management and stakeholders.
- Focuses on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect to effectively resolve conflicts.
- Tracks and removes impediments that occur.
- Ensures effective change management and risk management.
- Effectively communicates project status, project risks and recovery plans.
- Facilitate the team for better creativity and works to continuously improve the efficiency of the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
