Job Description:Summary
a.Direct program evaluations for federally-funded, state-funded, grant projects, and/or contracted evaluation services including the development and implementation of evaluation protocols and databases
b.Provide training and supervision of program and evaluation staff in data collection, management and reporting procedures
c.Serve as a liaison between grant officials, program staff, and the evaluation team
d.Serve as a leader in implementing evaluations
e.Design and conduct data analysis
f.Prepare IRB applications and amendments, continuation applications, and evaluation reports
g.Facilitate utilization of evaluation findings
h.Manage responsibilities and prioritize tasks in an environment with many activities and competing priorities.Research Planning and Management

Participate as an active team member and/or team leader in the planning, implementation and maintenance of evaluations (e.g., provide project management assistance, provide ongoing information for project improvement and model fidelity, etc.).

Work closely with program staff throughout evaluation engagement, design, implementation and reporting.

Function as a decision maker in implementing evaluations

Serve as a liaison between grant officials, program staff, and the evaluation teamData Collection, management, and analysis
- Ensure that all data are collected and submitted as required by funding agencies (e.g., follow-up percentages met, databases developed, data entered and cleaned within time requirements).
- Conduct intermediate-advanced quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis, and be skilled at reporting and using data displays in a clear and concise mannerWriting and Dissemination

Prepare internal and external reports in a timely and accurate manner; provide ongoing reports for program improvement and facilitate the utilization of information by decision makers.

Facilitate the utilization of evaluation findings

Train new evaluation staff and supervisees

Participate in Program Evaluation initiatives that contribute to the overall success and development of the division and Centerstone as a whole.

Participate in internal workgroups and/or committees that contribute to the overall success and the division
Position Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree required in social sciences, mental health or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2-3 years (3 preferred) of progressive experience in program evaluation or applied research, preferably with some project management experience.

Knowledge of behavioral sciences and program evaluation approaches and methods
-
Familiarity with the federal guidelines for conducting human subjects research
