The Sales Enablement & Insights team is the focal point for new and renewing business activity across all Commercial Division customers.

Description

The Business Analyst position will be responsible for providing analytical insights through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of new and renewing business, process improvement, and cross-functional solutions. This position will interact frequently with Sales Executives, Sales Consultants, and the Business Acquisition Unit and be a Subject Matter Expert on national network capabilities, programs, access, disruption, and process.

Knowledge and Skills

- Create insights to drive growth and retention of business, drive process improvement, and inform cross-functional solutions

- Assimilate highly complex data and report out simplified and clear insights

- Produce, analyze, and interpret data into key themes and findings

- Become a Subject Matter Expert on national network capabilities, programs, access, disruption, and process

- Ability to work cooperatively and strategically in a team environment with all levels of professional, technical, and administrative staff and to integrate resources on a timely and organized basis

- Acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously with the urgency of immediate demands on the business

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present information clearly, concisely, and tactfully to various audiences

- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

- Other duties as assigned

- Demonstrated experience in analysis and interpretation of complex data sets

- Strategic thinker and problem solver with hands-on, ‘roll up your sleeves' can-do attitude, a jack of all trades that thrives within a fast paced, unknown, and changing environment

- Entrepreneurially spirited and visionary, excited and energized to be a trailblazer

- Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills to be able to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously

- Demonstrated success in a deadline-driven environment

- Typically, requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience.

- Physician network and healthcare experience preferred

- Physical Requirements:
Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of work day.
