St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with clinical research experience who is a self-starter, team player, and adept communicator with the ability to multitask, problem solve, and provide outstanding customer service. This position is in the Cancer Center Administration department supporting the OnCore Clinical Trial Management System. Analyst is expected to participate in testing and validating the database, and will perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection methods, report details and other technical issues associated with the use of system upon and during implementation. If you have Clinical and Information Systems experience, then you will enjoy this role!

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Heath Information Systems, or a related field is required

* Five (5) years' experience in business analysis which includes system requirements, systems training, application support and/or development, business process design or technical documentation is required

* Experience in clinical research and/or healthcare is preferred
