We are currently seeking a Mortgage Appraisal Coordinator. You will be responsible for ordering and receiving all appraisal orders for all mortgage applications that are originated through the Mortgage Line of Business. The Appraisal Coordinator is responsible to review all information provided by the Mortgage Loan Originator to ensure that the proper documentation and payment is provided to order the appraisal to meet all regulatory and Old National Bank requirements. The Appraisal Coordinator is also responsible for completing the Appraisal Compliance Review checklist, processing all appraisal fee payments and refunds and distributing the appraisal to the applicant as well as all internal stakeholders. You will track and follow up on the receipt of appraiser acknowledgment to ensure orders are completed timely and will also follow up on the receipt of all appraisals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for ordering and releasing appraisals preferred but not required


• Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with Real Estate Appraisers as well as other internal departments and associates


• Knowledge of mortgage documents is helpful but not required


• Attention to detail is required


• Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time is required
