Overview:

The primary nurse is a professional registered nurse that assesses, plans, supervises, implements and evaluates the individualized care of each home care patient through the use of the nursing process. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

***This is a Full-Time, Day position***

Qualifications:

* Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school

* Licensure: Current Oklahoma RN License/ Valid drivers license

* Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through the American Heart Association

* Other: Demonstrates competence by completion of Universal Skills Inventory and Unit Specific Skills Check List within first three months of employment and undated annually

* Preferred Certifications: ACLS
