POSITION DESCRIPTION
The physical therapist is the individual responsible for developing and implementing individualized patient treatment plans in accordance with established principles and practices of physical therapy.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED: 1. Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy approved and registered by the American Physical Therapy Association, with a Bachelors Degree. 2. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice. 3. One year of previous physical therapy experience is preferred; one year of physical therapy experience is required for specialization. 4. Knowledge of accepted physical therapy applications.

PREFERRED: 1. Masters Degree or DPT
