We're seeking an energetic, results oriented, detail oriented Manufacturing Production Assistant, with a passion and experience with working in a manufacturing and distribution enviornment. Located at our Americas Headquarters in Olathe, KS, as a Manufacturing Production Assistant, you'll be responsible for these essential functions:

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Includes the following duties and other duties as assigned:
General knowledge of printers and plotters
Use of the Atom Flash Cut (flatbed plotter) to cut rubber sheeting to desired specifications.
Ability to use a computer to transfer files to and from production equipment.
Ability to identify raw material(s) by specification.
Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
Use of a sewing machine to make "sewn assemblies".
Use of the key cutting machine to produce duplicate keys.
Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment.
Have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to perform manufacturing / production in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a sense of urgency.
Have good problem solving skills and ability to work independently
Computer knowledge consistent with a production environment. (including use of Excel)
Mechanical aptitude of a level consistent with operating and maintaining production equipment
Ability to read measuring devices used in the manufacturing of products.

Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CNC, Graphic Printing, a plus.
