If you are a Talent Management Analyst professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you!  Based in our St. Louis, Missouri location, you will have exposure to a variety of HR and Talent Management projects over a 24-36-month period to learn Emerson's approach, philosophy and processes as they develop towards a broader role within HR for Emerson. AS THE TALENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST, YOU WILL: •    Primary point of contact and owner of macro-talent data, metrics and analytics
•    Develop and maintain metrics for Emerson's talent acquisition programs
•    Help the Director, Talent Management prepare for and execute Emerson's multiple Leadership Development Programs
•    Lead the consolidation of all organization planning data globally, building metrics, reports, advanced analytics and proceeding communications around         these initiatives
•    Support Emerson and its businesses as they pilot, analyze and decide on the most effective Talent Acquisition process and structure
•    Coordinate global vendor relationships with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Handshake and others
•    Coordinate Emerson's Talent Development Council meetings, calls, events and other initiatives
•    Collaborate with the Emerson Learning Centers in each world area to drive consistent development opportunities globally, and help develop a globally         standard dashboard for L&D metrics
•    Help maintain talent lists for critical talent pools and internal employee moves/promotions
•    Take a lead role in the implementation and adoption of One Emerson HCM talent solutions
•    Support the development of a comprehensive talent analytics strategy

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: •    Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related field
•    3-5 years HR or related experience
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills
•    Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization
•    Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
•    Legal authorization to work in the United States•    Geographically mobile to enable future advancement
•    Working knowledge of Oracle HRIS and Oracle HCM Cloud
