This leadership position reports to the Executive Director of the Office of Academic Career Development, Health Sciences (OACD). The Director of Programs is responsible for the strategic planning, budgeting, development, marketing, execution, and assessment of career development programs. Additionally, workshops, special events for biomedical scientists, clinical researchers, and educators within the health sciences community across academic career stages, i.e., graduate students, postdoctoral and clinical fellows, and faculty members.

Program development experience in higher education preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for advanced degree requirements.
