Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to operate in our Agronomy Service Center (ASC). You will be a valued team member responsible for general office and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities include customer service (roughly 60% of the job), administrative functions (30%), office support (10%), and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum: High School education or GED; two years of work experience.

Preferred: Post-High School education; two years of accounting or office support experience; adequate knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry systems.

Competencies: Acts with integrity in products, processes, and relationships; delivers results efficiently & effectively; embraces roll as individual contributor to warehouse team.
