The Civil Group works on a variety of projects that include:

• Land Use, Due Diligence, and Feasibility Studies
• Sustainable Design Projects
• Parks, Trails and Recreation Facilities
• Raw land conversion, Urban Infill Development, and Brown Field Re-Development
• Commercial, Residential, and Mixed Use Development
• Single and Multi-family Housing Development
• Low Income Housing
• Campus and Higher Education Design
• Government On-call Work
• Heavy Industrial and Utility Works
• Design-Build
• Civil as a Prime Consultant Projects

• Three years of site development design experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT Certification
• Strong writing and verbal skills
• Diverse technical background
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong technical and organizational abilities
