Lead project coordination efforts through all project processes as defined by the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) processes
Coordinate project efforts as directed by organizational Program Governance
Communicate project status to stakeholders and ePMO management team on a regular basis
Proactive in developing and implementing processes, procedures, and policies for IT Infrastructure Project Management Program
Build and maintain positive and constructive relationships with key business members, IT stakeholders, project managers, project team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects, and appropriately manage expectations
Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and within scope
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Identify problem areas withing active projects and present to management
Track budgetary objectives for each project and raise issue concerns to management
Take meeting minutes and distribute as needed
Document and follow up on important action items
Communicate project tracking to project stakeholders
Track project performance and report accordingly
Meet budgetary objectives and communicate to management with concerning issues
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Support ITA Project Managers in various efforts of project tracking
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
At least 2 years of direct hands-on project management/coordination experience
IT Infrastructure project experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Sharepoint, and One Note
