J.P. Morgan Global Liquidity is a sub-line of business within Asset Management focused on short-term fixed income and liquidity investment products. Global Liquidity is a global industry leader in the cash management space with $650bn in AUM globally across 10 currencies offering money market mutual funds, ultra-short fixed income mutual funds, and ETFs.

Role Description:

This San Francisco based role entails working with the Global Liquidity Product Strategy & Development team as a MORGAN MONEY. MORGAN MONEY is the open architecture digital investing platform released in 2019 for institutions with a focus on cash management product.

The role is expected to become an expert in in the MORGAN MONEY platform, J.P. Morgan Global Liquidity product offerings, and how they can be best used by our clients. The investment platform specialist is further expected to partner with Global Liquidity sales representatives in client meetings as a MORGAN MONEY expert. Over time, a successful investment platform specialist would be involved in the design and creation of the platform itself.

Additionally, the investment platform specialist would be expected to partner with the rest of the team, marketing, and distribution to craft messaging and materials for new and existing marketing initiatives. The role will also respond to ad hoc client requests and reporting needs, and assist in crafting RFP responses for new business opportunities.

Requisite skills and qualifications for this position are:


  • 3-7 years' experience in Asset Management, Cash Management, Treasury, or Technology with focus on client front facing interactions
  • Strong working knowledge of the mutual funds industry with focus on money market funds
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in a concise and meaningful ways
  • Experience managing and working with geographically-distributed and functionally-diverse workgroups
  • Operating as a subject matter expert on new products, changes to existing products or newly introduced product features, to support local and regional sales and marketing efforts
  • Developing a strong and effective partnership with the local business and sales team, with an aim for understanding market needs and meeting commercial objectives in a timely manner
  • Comfort with ambiguity and dynamically shifting priorities, timelines, and demands
  • Prover ability of delivering on sales goals and targets
  • High technical and computer aptitude a plus
