Kimberly-Clark’s Global Inclusion and Diversity Team is seeking an innovative, game-changer who can build upon our solid I&D foundation and past successes to further our I&D ambitions. This role has a global reach and will require knowledge of the local and regional business priorities, diversity of the market and inclusion maturity, in order to enable the integration of strong versatile strategies that deliver the best practices of I&D for our company and the 40,000+ employees behind some of the world’s most iconic brands.

The Global I&D Strategy Integration Leader will design and champion the implementation roadmap of the Global I&D strategy across the organization.  The incumbent also serves as a change management consultant, business partner and Chief of Staff to the VP, Global Inclusion and Diversity. This role is for someone who loves to both think big, influence change to generate successful delivery of key programs. This is a role that allows one to leverage his or her creativity and expertise to develop organizational I&D capabilities and impactful improvements the initiatives that will drive inclusion and improve our global diversity outcomes for years to come.

Responsibilities:


  • The Global I&D Strategy Integration Leader is responsible for the driving the multi-year I&D strategy implementation across the North American Business Units (K-C Professional and K-C North America), actively partnering with business leaders to embed the global I&D goals as a key driver of business results.


  • Partners with the HR COE Leadership Teams to execute intersecting initiatives within the global HR function, bringing thought leadership and continuing best practices to amplify the impact of I&D across the HR function and the business, through L&D, TA, TM, Labor Relations and Compensation & Benefits. 


  • Incumbent also serves as COS to VP, Global I&D, advising the business priorities and best sequence for execution of action plans to deliver timely, transformative results.


  • Provides thought leadership and executes global I&D communication plan, in accordance with overall K-C communications strategy (internal/external); designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and dashboards.


  • Leads project and change management across global I&D initiatives; monitors and tracks performance on applicable indicators and timely mitigates any issues.


  • Manages two direct reports to execute the global I&D strategies and drive operational excellence within function and across business.


  • Establishes and manages the Annual/Quarterly Business Review plan and meeting agenda, in partnership with global business leaders and HR partners.


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years business and operations experience, including leading change and project management within HR Centers of Excellence.


  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to develop multi-year strategy plans, identifying appropriate resources and partnerships needed and developing milestones to ensure continued progress and delivery of desired outcomes.


  • Advanced program and project management skills and ability to operationalize and scale programs. 


  • Demonstrable experience effectively partnering with business teams to build effective programs and strategies.


  • Demonstrated ability to influence a broad group of stakeholders, partners and senior leaders, often without direct authority- a team oriented consensus builder who understands how to achieve buy-in from different leaders, builds bridges and designs "win-win" solutions across a lager, matrixed organization.


  • Deep experience in leading/managing global operations and large-scale projects across multiple international regions and markets in a highly matrixed organization.


  • Full understanding of and progressive experience working within the Human Resources ecosystem, including the HR Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development and Inclusion & Diversity.


  • Results and metrics driven, leading to the design, deployment, analysis and continuous improvement to operationalize I&D strategies into working plans in markets around the world.


  • High level of business acumen; able to work effectively and independently on the VP’s behalf with both internal and external constituencies.


  • Proven organizational and presentation skills with the demonstrated ability to draft and prepare materials and messaging for global, executive leadership teams and external constituencies that represent the Office of Inclusion and Diversity.


  • Experience with coordinating the work of executive leadership teams, Board of Directors or comparable experience.


  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail is required. Must possess the ability to prioritize based on need.

K-C will support in-country relocation for the chosen candidate for the role. The benefits provided will be per the terms of K-C’s applicable mobility policies. The benefits/policy provided will be decided in K-C’s sole discretion.
