Come join our team.Position Summary: The Infrastructure Manager will lead the North America and Latin America regions by managing the IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, storage, monitoring, telecommunication, backup/recovery, identity and access management.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for Server operating systems, network, firewall, security, servers, storage, database administration, telecommunication, and back-up and recovery (the IT infrastructure
Plan and direct the installation and maintenance of system hardware and software
Ensure the security of our network and data
Perform cost/benefit analysis for new projects and justify funding on projects
Develop, implement and manage infrastructure project plans to meet business needs.
Coordinate, support, and execute 3rd Party Packaged software updates as required
Perform regular audits and maintain required documentation to support internal and external audit.
Provide leadership, development, mentoring and performance management and determine short and long-term personal needs for Infrastructure Team.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the IT infrastructure.
Develop, establish and implement measurable standards (KPI's) for service delivery, service support and problem resolution as they apply to the infrastructure.
Maintain positive, constructive, team-oriented attitude as well as sound judgement in all job responsibilities.
Command a strong understanding of NSF International's business in order to support software development initiatives and provide proactive suggestions on new ways in which the organization can leverage technology to improve productivity and reduce cost.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
5-7 years' experience in relevant area.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, including initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a project team to achieve goals, budgets and timelines
Education:
Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience with Microsoft Windows infrastructure including AD, Server, SQL, Office 365
Experience with VMware ESX, vSphere, vCenter
Experience managing Enterprise Storage, Firewall's, WAN configuration, VLAN's, Network segmentation, Wireless AP configuration
Experience implementing and supporting cloud services such as those provided by AWS and Microsoft Azure
Experience in a high availability global (24X7, 99% uptime) environment
