Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

 What you’ll do as a Seasonal Administrative Assistant:


  • Data Entry

  • Manage Payroll time logs and time off requests

  • Customer Billing via multiple portals

  • Print/Mail/e-mail Vendor Invoices

  • Assist in maintaining facility employee files

  • This position requires managing multiple Outlook mailboxes related to Customer Collections.

What you’ll need to be a successful Administrative Assistant in our Billing and Collections Department:


  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally as this position will directly interface with customers by telephone and e-mail.

  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize work to meet competing deadlines.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
