Senior Digital Banker at First PREMIER Bank

Job Description:

The Senior Digital Banker is responsible for managing day-to-day digital banking operations while supporting senior management in developing and maintaining First PREMIER’s suite of innovative digital banking solutions.  The Senior Digital Banker will work closely with other business units and product managers to serve the needs of digital prospects and customers, overseeing and optimizing the digital banking experience. The position will be responsible for processing online loan and deposit applications, managing new customer acquisition, developing relationships with referral sources and executing cross- and-up selling strategies for digital customers, and capitalizing on business development opportunities.

Compensation and Schedule


Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.


Full-time Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


Training Schedule:


Paid on-the-job training!


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Oversees daily digital banking operations, including monitoring system functionality, efficacy, processing volumes, quality, transaction processing, and volume, ensuring daily work volume is completed prior to processing deadlines.

  • Monitors customer satisfaction and conducts follow-ups to ensure the highest quality of service is being delivered to digital customers.

  • Prepares Digital Banking performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to support management decision making.

  • Develops Digital Banking strategies by conducting needs assessments; capacity planning; cost/benefit analyses; defining user requirements; and establishing technical specifications for new and improved solutions.

  • Demonstrates and maintains a sufficiently strong, detailed understanding of First PREMIER Bank’s products and services.

 


Skills and Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance or related field preferred.




  • 5+ years of banking experience, specifically in the areas of sales and lending strongly preferred.




  • 1+ years of demonstrated experience working with digital banking products and services.  



  • Most qualified candidate will exhibit the ability to concentrate and work independently, pay attention to detail, and demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency of the English language. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
