Shift/Schedule: 1:45PM - 9:45PM Monday-Friday

Starting Wage: $13.00/hour after 90 days, $12.50/hour on day one
Shift Differential: $1.30/hr
At six months you have the opportunity based on performance to promote into a Level II role which would include an increase in pay. At one year you have the opportunity also based on performance for a merit increase.

As a full-time Production Associate responsibilities could include:
- Machine operation
- Hands-on assembly
- Inspection
- Soldering
- Testing
- Packaging

In this position you will be working with up to 10 team members on a Higher Level Assembly flow line building products for the healthcare industry. You will be standing and moving working with your team members to balance the flow during the assembly of the product. The line has built in automated inspection to help you with assembly, along with automated drivers and pick lights to show you the next part needed in the assembly process. Some computer skills required, dexterity for assembly the and ability to work with others. There are also opportunities to cross train in other areas to learn new skills as well. Other duties as assigned.
