For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (\\"OUD\\").

Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.

Job Summary:

This position supports multi-region finance and accounting transactions, operations reporting, and performs professional level work in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting through use of Excel and other database programs.

Essential Functions:

- Conducts regular research and analysis on expenditure variances and trends.

- Prepares and reviews monthly, quarterly, and annual income statement analyses for the Finance, Accounting, and other leadership teams.

- Reviews and maintains regular monthly operational and financial reporting. Makes improvements to the reports as needed.

- Reviews historical datasets to compile data, then develops and implements business resources that create efficiencies for business analytics.

- Prepares accounting schedules and report packages for Board meetings.

- Manipulates current databases systems to compile multiple datasets from varying sources and utilizes them to generate new reports.

- Participates in budget preparation, including, but not limited to, the replication of financial templates and informational research.

- Collects operational data to conduct an analysis of margins and cost of operations for monthly and AdHoc reporting.

- Establishes and builds effective and productive relationships with the field and other departments.

- Completes special projects as assigned while completing routine tasks on a timely basis.

- Maintains confidentiality and safeguards the operations of the business.

- Assists with Finance and Accounting projects and activities, as needed for the Support Center.

Essential Qualifications:

Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.

Required Knowledge: Moderate Excel user -- Pivot tables and moderately complex formulas, basic knowledge of principles and practices of general accounting standards; quality management; strong problem-solving skills; process improvement; statistical analysis; reporting research results; general business reporting.

Experience Required: 0-2 years of Accounting/Finance experience including monitoring, reporting, and analysis of data

Skill and Ability: Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and solid organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion and integrity. Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze information for reporting purposes.
