What we're looking for:
You will be responsible for selling Citrix software solutions to prospective customers in extensive vertical markets for the Small Business Outbound Sales Team. You will be focused on developing and applying a thorough understanding of Citrix products, sales methodology, and processes to meet assign sales goals/quota. You will acquire new customers through prospecting, ownership of a sales pipeline, and collaboration with Sales Leadership. You will work collaboratively with your Inside Sales Manager and other team members as needed to meet sales goals. Your role at Citrix will require executing daily in a proactive and consultative phone sales position. You bring to Citrix 1-3 years of inside sales experience, successful cold calling experience with demonstrated ability to generate new business leads in a technology sales environment.

Your focus is on prospecting, developing and managing end-user customer accounts and referral partners in a wide range of verticals and industries in order to sell Citrix products and services. You thrive in an inside sales environment and bring a high performing sales demeanor to Citrix.

Overview and Summary
* Develop and apply an understanding of Citrix products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques and Customer base while selling to small business accounts and Referral partners.
* Responsible for developing a blend of sales opportunities which can include both SDR and self-sourced opportunities booked directly for Digital Sales Representative to manage.
* Complete and thorough ability to perform product presentations to customers focusing on selling and positioning Citrix solutions
* For new business: Invest time and effort into learning and practicing prospecting techniques while following up on leads, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation and closing sales.
* For existing customer base: once a customer has been acquired, continue to develop relationships with an emphasis on new product sales to our customer base. Account expansion and retention activities include cross selling into new areas, solution selling, negotiation and closing.
* Achieve sales targets and demonstrate progress towards achieving account strategies with SDRs.
* Learn to input accurate and timely forecasts as well as opportunity updates in native CRM for management visibility of pipeline.
* Collaborate with & develop deep relationships with internal partners: Systems Engineers, Referral Partners and sales specialists to maximize the full potential of every opportunity.
* Establish & cultivate relationships with internal resources in order to manage and close opportunities consistent with account strategies.
* Learn and begin to deliver product presentations to Customers focusing on positioning and selling Citrix solutions.
* Identify and develop opportunities across different product groups in order to leverage sales opportunities.
* Achieve at least 4 hours of daily phone time and 50 verifiable outbound phone calls per day which is are KPI measurements of the position.

Basic Requirements
* AA degree or equivalent experience
* 1 plus years of Inside Sales experience

Preferred Requirements
* Cold calling experience required; proven success in generating new business via cold calling preferred
* Experience in a high tech, indirect sales and procurement environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology is preferred
* CCSP certification a plus
* Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations via telephone and email with customers is required.
* Ability to identify new and existing opportunities through basic Consultative Selling methodology
* Proven self-starter with motivated attitude to manage multiple tasks, projects and responsibilities
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Developing a knowledge of Citrix Products and Solutions
* History of successful target attainment (meet or exceed quota)
* Experience with MS Office and internet resources
