Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Support Coordinator will support our sales team, facilitating professional interactions with prospects, internal employees, Broker partners and Vendors. The Coordinator will manage Sales Meeting and Community Events scheduling, manage lead flow within CRM, assist in reporting sales metrics/KPIs and creating presentations for Field Sales Organization. Critical problem solving skills and an ability to manage multiple projects are required as well as the ability to work autonomously. The Coordinator will be called upon to help modify existing policies/procedures, to generate new approaches to improving sales effectiveness in an evolving marketplace and to work on special projects/support tasks as needed. Position requires a resilient individual who can manage multiple tasks in a stressful environment.

The Sales Support Coordinator will need to be able to communicate effectively across multiple departments. The Coordinator will need to be resilient and able to operate in a complex, highly regulated industry.

Job Description

- Day to day administrative support for Director of Sales, Field Agents, & other staff as needed.
- Day to day Broker Support activity including service issues, escalations, & application status.
- Serve as main point of contact for all Broker Relations including reconciliation, materials requests and plan information
- Manage Sales Meeting / Community Event Calendar including selecting & booking venues, maintaining overall calendar, submission to appropriate agencies/systems and payment/reconciliation
- Oversight of CRM lead management including SalesForce.com lead input and Sales Representative assignment (s)
- Sales related Marketing support including list submissions to Marketing, Flier creation and ownership of promotional material ordering and inventory management
- Support creation and own management of Policies and Procedures for Field Sales Organization
- Manage weekly reconciliation of FMO/Broker application status report.

Requirements

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Equivalent work experience will be considered

EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of Sales Support or similar experience. Experience working with Medicare Advantage plans preferred. Experience supporting remote field teams preferred. Experience working with Brokers preferred.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel
- Previous CRM experience required, SalesForce.com
- Experience with Concur preferred.
- Must have strong time management capabilities
- Must be adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast paced environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This position is an office / remote hybrid with 4 days per week in office as dictated by business needs
- May require local travel up to 10% of the time.
- Some night and weekend work may also be required
- This position will support the creation and modification of presentations. Creative design experience is a plus.
- Resides in Hartford county or is willing to commute to office.
