Description
The Enterprise Training Specialist is responsible for the development, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for the bank, and for conducting educational classes for new and existing employees, on the job training, computer and software, customer service, sales and compliance training. Regularly exemplify the desired culture and philosophy of Pacific Premier Bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate available training opportunities to employees.
- Maintain organized records of class participants.
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions in person and via virtual training.
- Consistently ensure preparation of the instructional site and be prepared to deliver each training session.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facility and equipment.
- Be able to identify when an employee needs additional training or if the material is not being retained.
- Identify the various learning styles of employees in training and adjust training style to the audience.
- Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development, and delivery of training programs and strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Word, excel, PowerPoint, adobe and WebEx or similar program required
- Working knowledge of LMS systems required
- 2-3 years of experience developing and implementing training programs
- Travel: This role requires up to 50% travel time
