HERE IS SOME OF WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM BEING A TELE TECH WITH US:

* Operate complex cardiac monitoring systems, including ECG rhythm screens, computerized dysrhythmia detection system and rhythm printers

* Monitor, document and appropriately report the patient's cardiac rhythm and pulse oximetry

* Sets up central station. Monitors alarms, troubleshoots false alarms, and corrects improper lead placement

* Assists the patient care team with maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient care environment

* Participate as an active member of the health care team and positively promotes the rest of the team to patients/families/caregivers and other colleagues

QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS ROLE:

* HS Diploma or GED required

* 1 year of Telemetry skills and interpretation of rhythm strips required

* BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required

* CNA and/or EMT Certification preferred

* At least 1 year of Hospital experience preferred
